Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of skincare products offered by Tallow Touch by Alina, all sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once a product has been shipped, in order to maintain the integrity and safety of each item.
 

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notification must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, eligible solutions may include a replacement or refund, at the sole discretion of the seller. Photographic evidence of the issue may be requested to process a resolution.
 

To ensure proper delivery, customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address at checkout. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for issues arising from incorrectly submitted information or missed delivery attempts.
